These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpenJob AI (the "Service"), operated from the United States. By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OpenJob AI helps you discover job listings and prepare and fill out job applications using an automated agent that runs on your own computer. The agent drafts application materials and completes application forms, but stops before final submission. You are responsible for reviewing every application and deciding whether to submit it. You authorize the agent to act on your behalf and confirm that any application made through the Service is one you intend to submit.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and your API key. Any activity that occurs under your account or key is your responsibility. We store only a hashed form of your API key and cannot recover it for you; if it is lost or compromised, generate a new one. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service is offered through paid subscription tiers, each including a monthly quota of applications. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
You retain all rights to the materials you provide (such as your resume and application answers). As described in our Privacy Policy, these materials are processed on your own computer and are not stored on our servers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit to employers.
The Service relies on and interacts with third parties, including Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), and the employer websites and applicant tracking systems where applications are submitted. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for any hiring decisions or outcomes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. The agent uses automated and AI-generated content that may contain errors; you must review all materials before submitting them.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENJOB AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenJob AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
